Raw scores
Each response is combined into a raw score per skill area, following the scoring method defined for that instrument.
Group comparison
Where comparison data exists, your raw score is converted into a percentile against a named reference group, so you know exactly what you're being measured against.
Interpretation
Scores are mapped to plain-language levels (e.g. Low, Moderate, High) with a short explanation of what that band means for you.
